All orders will be processed within 1-3 working days and posted using the Royal Mail postal system. 

It will be the customer’s choice whether they would like to pay to have their goods posted 1st or 2ndClass as standard. ‘Signed For’ will incur an additional small charge.  

Compare 1st and 2nd Class delivery

1st Class

· Send a letter from £1.65 and a small parcel from £4.79

· We aim to deliver the next working day, including Saturdays

· Includes compensation up to £20

1st Class delivery

2nd Class

· Send a letter from 85p and a small parcel from £3.75

· We aim to deliver in 2-3 working days, including Saturdays

· Includes compensation up to £20

2nd Class delivery

Please leave at least 14 days from the date of dispatch to report a late or lost delivery. Please be advised that delivery times may be extended during busy periods such as Christmas due to the increased demand on Royal Mail services.
